Terms of Service

General

♥ NSFW transactions may require proof of age.
♥ I can share watermarked art as examples anywhere I want.
♥ Payments can be made through paypal after sketch delivery.
♥ Refunds can be discussed for any reason BEFORE final delivery.
♥ My personal art, NOT REF SHEETS, can be posted other places.
♥ Particularly terrible people will be blacklisted.
♥ Because I do not control people who have commissioned me in the past, my views may not always align with them.

Commissions

♥ I can use the partials (i.e. the lines and pose) of a canceled order for a ych/other commission.
♥ Once an art is sold it is no longer mine. For commercial use, see below.
♥ Don't take credit for my art or remove my signature.

Customs and Adopts

♥ Do not sell characters for more than you bought them unless art is added.
♥ I can use the partials (i.e. the lines or general construction) of a canceled order for an adopt/other custom.
♥ Once an character is sold it is no longer mine. See below for commercial use.
♥ While you can do some redesigning, be sure to credit the original design to me.

Commercial Use

♥ Commercial use of art or characters made by me will incur a one-time fee which we can discuss.
♥ Designs with commercial use may be sold at any price since their worth may be more than the sum of their parts.
