Terms of Service

General

♥ NSFW transactions may require proof of age.
♥ I can share watermarked art as examples anywhere I want.
♥ Payments can be made through paypal after sketch delivery.
♥ Refunds can be discussed for any reason BEFORE final delivery.
♥ My personal art, NOT REF SHEETS, can be posted other places.
♥ Particularly terrible people will be blacklisted.
♥ Because I do not control people who have commissioned me in the past, my views may not always align with them.

Commissions

♥ I can use the partials (i.e. the lines and pose) of a canceled order for a ych/other commission.
♥ Once an art is sold it is no longer mine. For commercial use, see below.
♥ Don't take credit for my art or remove my signature.

Customs and Adopts

♥ Do not sell characters for more than you bought them unless art is added.
♥ I can use the partials (i.e. the lines or general construction) of a canceled order for an adopt/other custom.
♥ Once an character is sold it is no longer mine. See below for commercial use.
♥ While you can do some redesigning, be sure to credit the original design to me.

Commercial Use

♥ Commercial use of art or characters made by me will incur a one-time fee which we can discuss.
♥ Designs with commercial use may be sold at any price since their worth may be more than the sum of their parts.

Please be aware, interacting with these people is not forbidden.

  • Juli Bates: DO NOT INTERACT with this person. She is a scammer, thief, and double-sells. Just assume anything she is selling is stolen because it is. No matter how pretty it is. Beware by Silent Moor

  • Mewtwonie: Put me on their public blacklist. You can read why here.

  • UFO Graveyard / Mossy UFO: Scammer and all-round bad person to do business with. (failing to send paid-for items for a year+, claiming to not have the money while buying fursuit items and $200 art pieces / gifting money to a friend then threatening to "take legal action" when that friend steps out of line) This Beware can give you more information.
